What form of payment do you accept?

All payments are processed through PayPal or Realex which are secure online payments processing . Setting up an account with PayPal is not necessary but is very useful. At PayPal you can pay for your order with a PayPal credit card, your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card or with your checking account. Do you charge sales tax?

All products when they are clicked on show the price inclusive of VAT. Each product is charged 23% tax.


When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship out from our facility within 4 to 5 business days, but could increase during holidays and busy times of the year. We will email you and let you know when your order will go out and also the day before delivery. We can of course make urgent orders if necessary once you let us know the date in advance and we can prioritise your order.

I want to order multiple items, do you give discounts?

Our prices are very competitive in the market place and the quality of our robes will not be beaten as most of our robes are manufactured for us alone and our exceptional quality and our website prices are based on purchasing a number of items however if you feel your party is particular large by all means email us and we will do our best to offer a discount.


Do you make custom orders?

Most of our items are made to order. If you have a particular design in mind and don't see it already listed, please contact us to put in a request.


What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

It is our goal to provide each of our customers with remarkable products and customer service. The majority of our products are made to our customer's specifications when the order is placed. Therefore, please take extra care in making your selections because all sales are final. We ask that you double check the spelling of the names that are being embroidered and that you read all information pertaining to the sizing and colour of items. We do not accept cancellation request for orders that you simply change your mind about. If we make a mistake with your order we will fix the mistake by remaking the item. If every effort has been made to correct the problem and a refund still needs to be issued, it will be issued for the cost of the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Is Robes 4 you planning to design any other products?

YES! Robes 4 you are preparing new products for your wedding day. As soon as they are available, we will update our website. Please check back soon!
